I write best if I make myself tell the story, just get it on paper -- and then go back over it and try to find the most glaring mistakes.Roberta Xhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09956807794520627885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8234406140077819810.post-5175218968085403292012-10-20T10:33:56.020-04:002012-10-20T10:33:56.020-04:00I assumed it was pronounced with a Swedish accent....I assumed it was pronounced with a Swedish accent.Ed Skinnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09332424242231481277noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8234406140077819810.post-44386052898184839642012-10-20T07:34:22.206-04:002012-10-20T07:34:22.206-04:00(See, right there, about that whole "editing ...(See, right there, about that whole "editing for SPELLING" thing? That's proof the writing is too fast, that your mind doesn't have time to second guess itself. Free flow like that begets so much editing that writers would rather rewrite than edit.
*Real* writers write with pen and ink, with multiple fountain pens, with both fine and bold nibs, changing colors for each update and starting a new draft only when the previous has become impossible to decipher.
Pencils are for chewing.Ed Skinnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09332424242231481277noreply@blogger.com
